So to make my life easier, scanning through my old pictures is good enough and helped me find a subject for my next portrait Coffee art.This piece is painted purely painted with Coffee grounds. This piece is purely painted with Coffee grounds on a cold press 140lbs paper. Its matted in white, protected with glass and has a brown frame. I use dark roasted instant coffee diluted with water. I let the mixture sat overnight until it is very thick. First I will do my sketch, then I layered the medium using a watercolor brush and finish it up with a fixative for protection and to prevent smudges. The result was beautiful! The warm tone of the Coffee grounds give this painting a sense of uniqueness. It has a Sepia-kind of look in it.. This is a unique piece for your home, office or a present to your loved ones..It is ready to hang painting.
